App keep asking for Brand ID and Token
This means that the VPNGN app did not receive any information about your installation. This will occur if VPNGN was installed directly from the App Store / Play Store without using any attribution links, or if the attribution links were not successfully read.
The 'fix' is very simple - just enter the Brand ID specified by your VPN provider (in the example below it is 'sandbox' - but please ask your provider for their specific Brand ID), and leave the token ID empty.
