Install and use VPNGN on Windows

Installation in 3 easy steps:


Step 1

Please download the installer file provided to you by the partner and follow the prompts to complete the installation.

Step 2

After the installation has completed the app will launch and you should see the Login page. At this stage, you will enter your credentials as provided by the VPN provider.

If at this point you receive a black screen asking you to enter your Brand ID and Token then please refer to the following article: https://support.vpngn.com/article/33-common-issues


Step 3

Once logged in, you can press on the Power button in order to establish the VPN connection.

Step 4 (Optional)

Normally the default server is the ideal server for your specific physical location. However, you may switch servers by clicking the country flag or location name, and find the optimal server for your use-case.
